Excellent customer service at restaurant, nice atmosphere, excellent food ( thanks to chef who done a perfect medium well stake) and special thanks to Noura who served us with such a nice presence, kindness and helpfulness,nothing was to much and her smile made our evening enjoyable. I use the hotel when I can get back to London too go to Stamford bridge. The breakfast is fantastic and the foyer coffee shop is too. I wish I'd known it was there during the 9 years I worked across the road in the empress state building!!

I left the hotel with £79.80 extra having been taken from my account in error. I am still waiting for my refund.

Cleaning and hygiene need to be done more properly and with attention to detail. Otherwise nice feeling from smart and modern design will be ruined. This was our experience and is was communicated to reception.
