In the main we were happy with the hotel it was clean and as quiet as hotels get. The only thin against was the bar shutting at 11 seemed early for residents and it did have quite a few people in it.

Very close to empress museum if attending the come alive show or any other show. Stayed in a refurbished room, a fridge would be a welcome addition to a modern room.

Hotel is fine, good location, easy access to tubes, good standard room, on site car parking was the main I booked, excellent facilities. Unfortunately during my stay there was decorating going on, which resulted in a bad smell of paint in the corridors, I guess that can’t be helped

Returning Customer, found same issues : Noise from ongoing remodelling works, Maintenance People, and especially very loud volumes in the music on amenity areas; the lounge aka working area at the back of the lobby suffers from unbearable volume of unberable music, fit for a pub or a party, not for a quiet environment for work or leisure. Could not find a peaceful place in the whole building.
