WE STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT, ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. NICE BAR AND RECEPTION. BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE, HAD TO ASK FOR BREAD AND TEA BAGS. HOT FOOD WAS NOT REPLENISHED QUICK ENOUGH

Fantastic, Clean room and Reception staff were excellent on checking in on the night of the 03/12 and I needed help the following morning 04/12 and the receptionist (cant remember her name) was extremely helpful. Hard to find these days as the personal touch seems to have lapsed in general!

When I checked out, it was too early for breakfast. Yet, as I had already started to make my way to the station, the clerk at the front desk ran at me all the way until he was outside and offered to quickly prepare a breakfast package for me. Excellent customer service, it feels good to feel taken care of until the end and beyond.

The check in team were very friendly and helpful. Our room was fine and good value for money. The only thing that dampened the experience slightly was that, although the bar was empty when we arrived, the staff were too busy preparing drinks to even acknowledge us which was poor service. (If they had said 'we'll be with you shortly' we wouldn't have minded waiting).
