Our only criticism would be that we were asked if we wanted a shuttle to the airport which we said yes. We weren’t informed of the cost which was in our opinion double that of a uber or taxi. We were charged this on check out and the shuttle was already booked so it was too late to cancel.

In short, the welcome gift was appreciated What was exceptionally poor was my welcome at check in, the front desk person was on the phone, when he finished he gestured me over, didn't say hello, just asked for my name and credit card, told me i was on the 9th floor and that was it, i said it was a poor check in and he said i had a welcome gift in my room. That's not what i was referring to, it was a cold transactional check in, not what im used to from the hotel as a regular. It was just very disappointing

We had a great stay and would happily return. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. When we had a small issue with our room, it was resolved quickly and professionally, and we were even upgraded to a better room, which was much appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and well kept — perfect for our family. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which had a lovely atmosphere and great food. The airport shuttle was easy to book and the trip was very quick and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, great breakfast. A bit disappointed that room service was unavailable. Daughter and grandson was told that room service was available as the bar food kitchen was closed. Having arrived late from overseas they wanted some food only to be told that room service closed at midnight. Not good
