Air conditioning didn’t cool the room, noise from the room above

W were just a walk in as our flight had been changed at very short notice so we arrived in Sydney without any accommodation. We were directed to the Novotel by RACT emergency service and turned up with the hope of getting a bed as we were extremely distraught. The staff were very helpful and the service both that night and in the morning with the shuttle bus back to the International Airport was great.
