We stayed here overnight before catching a flight. I was disappointed to see very obvious stains on the sheets of one of the beds in our rooms. The bathrooms also need a good bleaching as the mold growth was very unappealing.

Our only criticism would be that we were asked if we wanted a shuttle to the airport which we said yes. We weren’t informed of the cost which was in our opinion double that of a uber or taxi. We were charged this on check out and the shuttle was already booked so it was too late to cancel.

In short, the welcome gift was appreciated What was exceptionally poor was my welcome at check in, the front desk person was on the phone, when he finished he gestured me over, didn't say hello, just asked for my name and credit card, told me i was on the 9th floor and that was it, i said it was a poor check in and he said i had a welcome gift in my room. That's not what i was referring to, it was a cold transactional check in, not what im used to from the hotel as a regular. It was just very disappointing
