The front desk clerk were all really receptive and attentive to me and my fiance, and the breakfast was simply a delight. My only possible complain, if even that, is that the AC is not strong enough and has a set temperature (21Cº), which made it a little uncomfortable in some nights. Otherwise, the whole staff, ambiance and a service were great!

The roof was leaking water, there was no clean towels available to change. The customer service was very poor at the desk.
