Clean, comfortable large room, good location

Location was great, few minutes walk from train station and hotel located right in the town. Room was clean, Queen bed with sofa bed, cleaner came in and made up the sofa bed for my daughter. The room itself Is large with separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, big 55" t.v with free view and mini fridge. Breakfast was nice with a wide choice from hot food to continental, fruits and yogurts and options for Allergies/vegan etc. If Ever I visited Reading again, this would be the place I'd stay.

Lovely hotel, great place to stay in town, always clean and comfortable and has friendly staff - extra thanks to Marissa and Toni for making our stay so easy and comfortable. Great for us as a family, and we enjoy the pool and sauna. Good value.

The room was quite shabby. Greasy finger marks all over high touch areas and spots of blood on the carpet. To be honest I wanted to go home rather than stay there.
