I booked two rooms for employees from the company I work for. The booking process was great and the lady I spoke to over the phone couldn't have been nicer. However, on check in I was surprised to learn that there seemed to be some problem and the rooms did not appear paid for (despite me giving my card details and having confirmation). Barriers like this are really inconvenient and can distress employees. It's a bit frustrating when it had otherwise been a smooth experience.

Mixed feelings First bedroom had broken bed slats in my disabled room!! Food in buffet breakfast was average - bacon one morning was steeped in fat!!

The staff at the hotel we're all very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. The pool was very clean and a great size. A short walk from all the shops and restaurants.
