Hotel room was comfortable but light switch was falling off (in a family room). Pre booked car park but was given no information on how to drive to the carpark location before arriving, which considering the hotel is on a no parking/no stopping/no driving area a huge oversight. There are bus lane cameras everywhere, the staff should help guest and warn them of this prior or upon leaving. Very disappointing when guest do not know the area.
