With a little effort this could be a very good hotel. At present it’s good with little niggles that let it down. A handy location (5 minute walk from the station) and reasonably priced. My room and the pool area were clean and breakfast was varied and included a good selection of fruit. There were a few niggles: the air-conditioning didn’t work, there were long waits for the lift and Wi-Fi was sporadic. The restaurant menu wasn’t very inspiring and although my curry was tasty, it was too watery and a spoon was required! A nice, well-located, clean and good value hotel. A little more work (IMHO) could achieve a 5!

Stay was good for the price we paid. Staff were friendly and helpful. Little disappointed the room was not ready when we checked in and had to wait until after 3pm. Rooms were fine, little dated in places but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Fine but the place felt old and dirty

Overall everything was fine but room was weird with toilet separate and far from the rest of the bathroom. The carpet and sofa looked old and very dirty. The only plugs available were right by the bed.
