This hotel is in a great location in the center of Reading. It was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to be. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening while we were there but there were plenty of alternative places to eat nearby. The hotel car park is small and the spaces very tight. I would recommend booking or if you have a very large car use the NCP car park at the rear of the hotel. The car park is however gated and only opened by the reception staff via an intercom so is secure. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if going back to Reading.
