Breakfast quality was poor, sausages, mushrooms and bacon were awful. Room is ok, clean. Tetley tea bags.... Staff member at check in wasn't sure if our friends room had been set up with sofa bed. Told us to just pop back if it wasn't (5 floors).... Their key didn't work throughout the whole stay, maintenance needed to charge door battery. So everything they needed access they had to go downstairs. Lift was faulty. However, Lucy was great.

Booked two rooms for family use. Upgraded to executive rooms for both. And cake waiting in one. Had dinner with very friendly staff who made a fuss of the children
