I really love the friendly staffs working in the Novotel Reading Centre! I’ve been stayed several times and always enjoying some little conversations with them. However this time, I’ve got wrong instructions from the staff in the reception so that I could not have breakfast even it was actually included in the fee. And room cleaning was skipped 4 days in a row.
