Conveniently situated in Reading Central. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the pool and gym were OOO for renovations.

I do enjoy the time with my boyfriend staying this hotel but last Friday it's wasn't great!! Sauna and the steam room was closed but couldn't swim either. Father and son aged 16 played football ⚽ Heavy balls ten times banging to sauna doors and nearly hit me twice. Useless reception team watching from the CCTV but no action. All I can say bad for the regular customers. Room floor was a bit dirty paint and sink with old hair someone left blocked sink but no problem for us. Please do tell the receptionist to go ahead and help the customer who can use the swimming pool main purpose or sauna closed coz of weeks days on time. It should showing before you book. Bit upsetting
