We are very sorry to read about the incident involving the extra bed and, above all, that your daughter fell during the night and experienced back pain afterwards. We fully understand that such an experience can strongly affect the overall impression of a stay. Following your feedback, we carefully checked the extra beds. At present, they are functioning correctly and we were unable to identify any technical defect. Nevertheless, we take your description very seriously and regret that the bed apparently was not set up or opened correctly during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the issue during your stay. Had our team been made aware of the problem, we would have immediately checked the bed and, depending on availability, arranged a replacement bed or a room change. We therefore regret that we did not have the opportunity to resolve the situation for you and your family while you were still at the hotel. We also apologize for the hair you found on the floor. This does not meet our housekeeping standards and your comment will be addressed with the relevant team. Regarding the online check-in, we understand your frustration if you had already completed the process and still had to spend additional time at reception. Depending on the booking and legal registration requirements, certain details may still need to be verified or completed at the hotel, but we agree that the process should remain as efficient as possible. Thank you as well for your comment regarding our parking. Our secured underground garage is located directly at the hotel and the price is aligned with comparable parking facilities in Mannheim city centre. We are especially sorry that this stay did not match the positive experience you had with us last year. Good hotel but the housekeeping team should be more careful while cleaning the rooms, several times dirty towels were provided

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced regarding the cleanliness of your room. The marks you noticed on the towels were unfortunately discolorations caused during the industrial laundry process and not a result of the towels being unwashed. Nevertheless, towels with visible stains should never be placed in a guest room. We regret that our housekeeping team overlooked this on several occasions and will address your feedback internally to ensure greater attention during room preparation in the future. We also apologize for the dirty floor and the slow WiFi connection. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments, as providing a clean room and a reliable internet connection are essential to a comfortable stay. The window curtains need serious improvement; they let in all the light. Otherwise, the rest is fine. Nice big parking and wonderful people at the reception

We are very satisfied and happy about our weekend trip to mannheim, glad that we‘ve stayed at this hotel. Our daughter had a nice experience and so happy to receive her muffins and little decoration on her birthday. The room was clean and had enough space for three of us and our old labrador. The hotel is quite but near to paradeplatz and marktplatz, so it was perfect. Breakfast is also highly recommended, it was delicious and so many choices. Lavender garten is nice, we sipped our morning coffee in their little gazebo. Thank you!

Well located, very helpful staff! My only observation is that the towels and bedding were old and torn. The towels actually had holes in them.
