A very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff polite and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. My only comment is that the room was too warm for me even with the heating off.

Very good experience, friendly staff, rooms are nice as well (though not too big) and the hotel is close to city center, making it good for starting your trips to the office world of Mannheim

I was very satisfied with one aspect, but not satisfied at all with another. The part I was extremely happy with was the reception staff. The ladies at the reception—especially the tall, slim, blonde lady with glasses—were very, very attentive and helpful. However, the part I was dissatisfied with was the hotel room heating. Unfortunately, even when I set the heater to the maximum level, the room was very cold. I felt cold all night and slept shivering. I would recommend the hotel for summer stays, but unfortunately not for winter, as the rooms were quite cold.
