This is my fifth time maybe as a visitor, hereby my feedback: - I had room 110, there was a door in the hallway if you close it it shuts down so hard that you can hear it in the room, it woke me up several times at night and in the morning. -Showers do not work (extreme hot and extreme cold in matter of seconds), this is a problem already for years. You tell that it is because there are many people showering on the same time but then something about it and solve that. really BAD shower experience -room was TOO warm, heating was put on 4, windows had to be opened while I was on ground floor, I did not like that with my laptop etc. My colleagues also complained about this with each other during breakfast. please do not make the rooms so hot, try and walk into the rooms and check if you would put it so warm yourself or not.

Fourth year in a row staying at the hotel for the PDC Darts event. Staff friendly and courteous as ever, booking, check-in/check-out fast and painless. However, personnel shortage spoiled the stay somewhat. One person at a full bar when two were necessary. At breakfast, various containers required re-filling, which took an age and then the food (baked beans) was lukewarm. On the plus side, the strawberry jam pot was also empty and took some time to be re-filled, but the very friendly server brought it to my table.

Great accommodation with great breakfast. Polite staff. The dinner in the restaurant was not good. Having to eat in a corner of the lobby was very unsatisfactory (especially when the bar was full of loud people). A fun gimmick having a small bag to place on the door handle to be filled with goodies in exchange of not having the room cleaned🥳

I had to wait at least 2 - 3 min, even though the person saw me, but he was talking to a colleague. The service in the restaurant, next to the bar (for dinner, around. 19h) was a disaster. I left the hotel after waiting aprox. 10min, were a female colleague passed my table 3 times, without even asking if I want something to drink. Out of 7 or 8 tables, in 3 tables were sitting individually 3 persons (incl. myself), which means, that it was impossible to "not see me". I had to walk to a restaurant outside to get my dinner . . .

booked room charge was 87 euro, but they have system problem, then charged 113 euro i asked to return the difference once system is back, but front desk asked me to send e-mail this is terrible
