We liked the hotel very much. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, it had all you desire for breakfast. Very nice to have parking so close, the only challenge was to find the working gate, had to take a spin around the block.

Always a nice stay here. The rooms this time were very hot probably du to the recent high temoeratured. We also had an issue with the main switch which needs repair - to turn on the light - two cards are needed. Otherwise a pleasant stay here and nice breakfast also very welcoming staff at reception and the bar.

As I recently noted in another review, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. I had booked an Executive Room this time; unfortunately, the fridge was difficult to open because the front panel was missing. Once I finally managed to open it, I discovered that the unit was broken and not cooling. The master power switch at the room entrance was faulty, too; it was a struggle to activate the power, even when using two key cards. I have stayed at this hotel eleven nights this year, and essentially, it is a gamble regarding which room you get and what might be broken in it.

The hotel would be really good if this was the 1980s. The interior of the rooms is insanely dated with fittings and furniture faded and stained, bathroom follows along the same lines, with water pressure non existent and hot water very inconsistent. None of the lifts in the hotel are functional.

I am travelling to this Hotel since about 2022 for up to 20 nights per year. I like this Hotel based on the parking space for my car, and close distance to my company which is located in Hildesheim. The Hotel bythemselfes, especially the rooms, needs urgent renovation and refurbishing work. This is not a criticism of the staff, who are always friendly and courteous. However, the hotel itself, and especially the rooms, no longer meet the current standards for a hotel of this class.

This is my fifth time maybe as a visitor, hereby my feedback: - I had room 110, there was a door in the hallway if you close it it shuts down so hard that you can hear it in the room, it woke me up several times at night and in the morning. -Showers do not work (extreme hot and extreme cold in matter of seconds), this is a problem already for years. You tell that it is because there are many people showering on the same time but then something about it and solve that. really BAD shower experience -room was TOO warm, heating was put on 4, windows had to be opened while I was on ground floor, I did not like that with my laptop etc. My colleagues also complained about this with each other during breakfast. please do not make the rooms so hot, try and walk into the rooms and check if you would put it so warm yourself or not.

Fourth year in a row staying at the hotel for the PDC Darts event. Staff friendly and courteous as ever, booking, check-in/check-out fast and painless. However, personnel shortage spoiled the stay somewhat. One person at a full bar when two were necessary. At breakfast, various containers required re-filling, which took an age and then the food (baked beans) was lukewarm. On the plus side, the strawberry jam pot was also empty and took some time to be re-filled, but the very friendly server brought it to my table.

Great accommodation with great breakfast. Polite staff. The dinner in the restaurant was not good. Having to eat in a corner of the lobby was very unsatisfactory (especially when the bar was full of loud people). A fun gimmick having a small bag to place on the door handle to be filled with goodies in exchange of not having the room cleaned🥳
