There are a few issues worth mentioning.The biggest surprise was the parking. If you think underground parking in Paris is challenging, this is on another level. If you have a wider car or an SUV and care about avoiding scratches, I'd recommend parking elsewhere. You have to manoeuvre through several very tight turns and obstacles, having a 360° camera and parking sensors doesn't make it easier. The maximum height is also limited to 184 cm. This should go on the website. Unfortunately, we had luggage in the car, so secure parking was important to us. Another disappointment was that the EV chargers were out of service for several days. I had actually called the hotel about three hours before arrival and was assured that charging would not be an issue. Check-out was also less than ideal. Although the stay had been fully prepaid, including the parking, breakfast and dog fee, there seemed to be an 'issue'. The receptionist repeatedly stated there was an outstanding balance for the parking or dog or breakfast. I showed my booking confirmation as well as my Visa statement confirming payment, but the same issue kept being raised. In the end I was allowed to leave, but the interaction didn't leave us with a great final impression... especially before having to navigate the challenging parking garage one last time. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. With a smoother arrival and departure experience, it would have been better.

This hotel is well located for easy walking access to Planten and Blumen, Exhibition Hall as well as many good restaurants. Many museums and exhibitions are within a pleasant 40 minute walk. The bed was comfortable, the big TV showed the World Cup Soccer. The room was clean and our bins were emptied daily. Although there is a fridge in the room, ours was not "activated" as you need to book one of the premium rooms to keep food or drinks cold. Cupboard space in the standard twin room is fine for an overnight stay for two or for a single person. Otherwise it would be better to book a premium room. The room description says tea/coffee maker and electric kettle, however there is just a kettle. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would stay here again.

All was good Would have liked a coffee machine on foyer. I stayed for 9 nights. However my request to get one coffee without food from the breakfast was declined. Personally these little gestures of goodwill build the reputation. However being informed I had purchase the coffee was a little over the top. Ibis styles offer free ground coffee anytime. That felt welcomed
