The beds were very comfy. Staff was polite and made our stay very pleasant. Location is good. Breakfast buffet was ok. The lobby was cozy, but needet some tables we could sit at and play cards without going to the bar and order. Lack of toothbrush, small utensils etc., the need of brush up of paint in the rooms and no roomservice are the reasons for the rate.

The male receptionist made us feel very welcome and even placed us in a quiet room facing the yard. Took us a while to figure out how to switch off the air con, which was loud, but afterwards it was nice, comfortable, quiet and clean.

Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Hamburg. Good location for a walk to the city, harbour and train travel from the airport. the rooms are clean and quiet, the staff are very helpful and a great choice of foods for breakfast
