The hospitality is amazing. I checked at 30 minutes before the breakfast restaurant open. I asked a breakfast box for my checking out time. Although I checkout 15 minutes before scheduled, but the receptionist went to the restaurant to provide me with breakfast.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the stay was disappointing because of the constant loud noise from a machine near the room. The noise was especially bad at night, and I was unable to sleep. I tried calling the reception for help, but no one answered. I expected much better service, and I hope this issue is taken seriously.

I traveled with a baby, probably something that is not that common. I called in advanced to ask about parking and I barely got some information on the phone. The personnel seem pretty indiferent and not really helpful. The allocated room was next to the staircase, but luckily the place was pretty empty on that date. The room was not looking like anything close to what they put in Booking. So outdated. The baby bed was so dirty , unstable and without any bedding. I contacted the reception they sent someone to replace it. The replacement was ok. The breakfast is ok, nothing special. The parking was over 30 euros for one night, for around 14 hours. In general, overpriced. There are better options out there.

Room change because of non-functioning minibar. Second room is with single beds, even though my reservation was with double bed. Car parking has many places blocked and you need to walk a lot to reach hotel entrance. A sad experience.

Nice quarter, close to the pedestrian zone and park. The staff manage the check in fast even it was busy period. The parking garages are quite far and too expensive (more than 30 Euro / night). I feel the shower battery is hard to manipulate, I need really big force to setup it - I have bruised fingers from it. The wi-fi signal is weak, it was almost nonexistent in the room and was lost in the hallways.

Spent 3 nights whilst attending an exhibition at Expo centre. Just a 100m or so from the underground/metro system with a 20 min journey to the expo. Huge forest area just over the road where you can walk and relax.

Everything was perfect, except for the washing machine (?) running all night next or above my room? The noise made it harder to fall asleep.

Our room was uncomfortably hot during our stay, but we were given a room with the windows sealed by plastic sheeting from the outside. The "air conditioning" did nothing at all and the room had zero air circulation. It was stifling. Asking the front desk for a solution brought simply a shrug. We all felt ill from sleeping in such conditions. I would never stay here again. That said, the rest of the staff was friendly and kind - other than the late night desk attendant. Additionally, €36 for overnight parking is absurd.
