The hotel is old and needs renovation. The manager on the reception was not helpful when we asked about upgrade as a Gold member and when we asked to help with the refrigerator. We only liked the breakfast and the staff at the bar

I'm sad this hotel was booked by our corporate travel agent. Though I have shared my feedback with them to reconsider to exclude this hotel. Extremely Dissatisfied - first of all, room wasn't ready until 4 PM, I arrived at 2:55 pm and was waiting for more than an hour. Despite that, I had to followup with them about room status. Reception didn't bother to update me. Also, no information available with reception about my silver membership benefits. Whats the use of being silver member if the hotel staff doesn't know privileges. Also, my confirmation had complimentary breakfast mentioned on it, though I was denied about complimentary breakfast, they asked for 25 euros. And room was with old furniture,foul smell in the room, noisy bed and low quality mattress, etc. Such kind of substandard quality is not expected from ALL group.

Came to stay three knights for the Christmas Markets. Was better than expected. Parking was a little tight, the toliet had a visible crack in it but worked and the carpet was a little old but was very close to public transport and food.
