The rooms were very warm but if opened window it was too noisy.

Great location, this very clean and neat hotel is right next to Westbahnhof, conveniently close to subway and other public transportation. It was reasonably priced, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Hotel Mercure at Wien Westbahnhof!
