Our three night stay was perfect for exploring Trier. An easy walk from the railway station and opposite the Porta Nigra. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet.

I would expect that a Mecure Hotel would have a bar and restaurant open at all normal times. The only option for dinner was a buffet and it was closed at 8:00pm on friday

The hotel was in a great location to tour Trier. Amazing view- directly across from The Porta Nigra! The room was satisfactory- in need of some renovation, the air-conditioning old, loud, not efficient or effective to cool a stuffy room. Glad I could open the window!
