Great location, very convenient as the hotel is near two BTS stations: Nana and Asok. Exceptional service from the Club Millésime concierge team. Mr. Tide was especially kind and attentive — he went out of his way to expedite our check-in and graciously extended our check-out time, which made a big difference to our comfort. Ms. Mariela was equally impressive, showing great patience in attending to guests. As we still had a few hours before heading to the airport, Mr. Tide even extended an invitation for us to rest at the lounge, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed with the service. This is our second stay with Sofitel Bangkok and will be happy to return.

We had a 12 hour layover on the way to Phuket. The booking team ensured we could book a day use and airport pick up and drop off: the stay was quite comfortable as well!

We love your beautiful hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the Christmas decorations were really pretty and sparkly. We had been looking forward to swimming in the pool, but found that even though the weather was very hot 30% plus, it was too cold in the pool because flanked by tall buildings it doesnt get all day sun. Would it be possible for you to provide some heating for the pool - given that you have plenty of solar power. Loved the vibe of this hotel and would definately stay again in the future, but not for swimming.
