I have often stayed at the Ibis Heilbronn and every time I am struck by the pleasant friendliness of the staff when checking in or checking out. Compared to other Accor hotels, this is very noticeable and not at all self-evident. To explain how to leave the underground car park, there is a photo with all the details that you need to pay attention to. A photo is always simple and internationally understandable, even without knowledge of the language. This is the first time I've seen Accor employees use such pragmatic solutions. How easy!
