There was a hole in the wall

Inside my double bed room, there was a hole in the wall behind the main door!! Putting that aside the service and accommodation was nice.

It is really a pitty that you didn`t tell us about the damage in your room - for sure we would have found a possiblity to change the room. Please be sure, that this is not our standard and we take all messurements to improve the information system between our Housekeeping and maintenance staff to avoid such experiences in the future. The windows are so thin that you hear everything from the street any time during the night. I barely sleep through. Also, the neighbors came late in the night and the doors are very hard and closing with a big pressure and sound that you sometimes like you have an earthquake in the room.

Stay was nice. Room service, breakfast is quite good. Only reason for the low rating is the absence of laundry services within hotel. Sending the laundry to outside agency is quite expensive. If possible, you should offer room booking option with laundry included, this will be good for corporate guests.
