In my stay the heat system was not working and it was terrible to me, the recepcion brings me a blankets but was not enough against the cool, this was a huge BUT, outside of that the experiencie weas great the restaurante and the quelity of food it is great and I love it

Our stay was great overall, rooms are spacious and having refill water and coffee/tea in the room was great: better than many hotels in this range. The only downside was that the pool was supposed to be climatized (at 28º they said) and it totally was not, so we couldn't make use of it at all.

Awful experience. I was here for work on a 34 night stay and asked for a larger bed. They said Friday I could change. Then I was told Thursday. On my return from work on Thursday I was told my booking was canceled and the hotel is now full. I can come back Friday to get the room with a bigger bed. But for Thursday I had zero accommodation. It was a mix up I was told. But only after saying I will sleep in the lobby they offered to find me accommodation elsewhere. This was at 2130 at night after a very early start and was not what I needed. They claimed I checked out previously but all of this was completely driven by the hotel.

What should have been a simple upgrade process clearly turned into a serious operational failure, and for that we take full responsibility. Your feedback has been escalated immediately to our Front Office and Reservations management teams for a full investigation. We are reviewing the procedures that led to this situation to ensure that such an incident does not happen again. This includes reinforcing reservation control, communication between shifts, and proper handling of long-stay guests. We also apologize that a solution was only offered after you expressed the severity of the situation. This is not the level of responsiveness or care we aim to provide, especially to a guest staying with us for such an extended period. We truly value your trust in choosing our hotel and deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance. Everything fine. Nice hotel, but I found the gym presented some availabiilty issues. One out of two treadmills were out of service and the rest of the equipment was of good quality but not enough to complete a normal trainning routine.

Pool was excellent por my kids, location was great in front of a small mall, very kind workers. I’ll just add more variety in the breakfast, waffle appliance didn’t worked.
