Pathetic experience. I want to lodge a complaint against the chef making omlette for breakfast. He was rude and non empathetic. Sack such employees. Even the guy who shifted our bags. This is not hotel staff they act as if they own the hotel and aren't paid for years.

This is absolutely not the experience we want to provide, and your comments are being taken very seriously. We were not aware of these issues during your stay, and it is a real regret for us that you did not feel comfortable coming to speak with our team directly. We would have done everything possible to assist you immediately. Your remarks concerning the behaviour of some of our staff members during breakfast and with the luggage service are extremely concerning. Please rest assured that we will investigate this situation thoroughly, address it with the teams involved, and take the necessary corrective actions. Professionalism, respect, and empathy are core values for us, and what you describe does not meet our standards. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the room amenities and breakfast selection. We will review these points internally to see how we can enhance comfort and clarity for our guests, especially regarding the availability of certain items on request. Despite this disappointing stay, we sincerely hope you might give us another chance in the future so we can offer you the experience you should have had from the start. Room very old very not luxury paid for room €310 nothing to spoil that charge my credit card in the morning at 12:30 and I give only for guarantee wanted to change my card didn't want. They have no experience very bad experience in this hotel will never come back there.

It was really nice to stay again after almost 8 years at the novotel hotel, the room was everyday clean and comfortable. Maybe a renovation of the room would be needed in order to be more modern.
