Basic Amenities toothbrush, shaving, is Chargeable. Water bottle not provided in rooms . Open water is available in Lobby. Location is good. Rooms size is good . For France Resident CITY CHARGES is not applicable as per France GOVERNMENT. But they Charged. Where it goes No one knows.

We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The staff at the reception were very helpful even when i forgot my bank card. The particular receptionist waited for me while i find other means to make payment for our reservation. The bar and restaurant were amazing, really enjoyed the breakfast. The waiting area was very relaxing and comfortable. It is a must hotel relaxation for family. I will definitely come back.

This hotel is wonderfully located about 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel was beautiful and clean! We are a family of 4 and upgraded our room to a suite which was extremely spacious and perfect for our family

Hotel location is good. Communication was bit of an issue. The sight seeing cruise tickets were a disappointment. First the reception told us to to 6 miles away for the cruise while it was only a mile away. We end up spending €40 on uber while the tickets itself would have costed less. Complete waste of time and money
