This hotel’s management is greedy and completely insensitive. My husband had an emergency surgery a few days ago, we can’t travel anymore, and despite providing official medical documents they refused to cancel my booking. I fully understand that my booking is non‑refundable, but this isn’t just a simple cancellation — it’s a serious health issue. Beware: all they care about is money, not people!

There was not even one bottle of water in the room, even though in the description it was clearly mentioned that there would be a minibar. Water is non negotiable! I had to drink water to take my pills and I could not! Additionally, when I asked for a hairdryer, the girl in the reception told me that none of them is available. I told her to write down my room number and bring me one as soon as it becomes available. That never happened during my 4 days stay. Lastly, after breakfast you should change your clothes. There is no ventilation and the smell was too strong.

Well located and good stay. Basic amenities are missing though like dental kit or shaving kit. It's a shame that an accor hotel chain is not providing them despite the the hefty price tag per night

The hotel is in an excellent location, with good breakfast and friendly staff. I rated it a 7 mainly due to the room quality. I expected a coffee maker and cleaner furniture.
