Great customer service from Josephine, she helped me find a good coffee and made me feel really welcome in Australia. The check in process seemed compliacated at first but after hours they have an intercom by the door. Perfect place to put your head down before or after a long flight. Basic but clean and friendly service.

Too expensive for what was offered. Requires a car/taxi from the airport not easy transport available The shower screen was dirty Room furniture/utilities/maintenance extremely basic When we arrived the room did not have power Compared to other ibis Styles price value is extremely poor - no more than $100/night Cleaning of the building was poor as well soil all over the stairs Super noisy at night

To noisy but car parking good

Nice friendly people, cheap but not really when you consider the room size and (lack of) facilities. This is an ok place for a short stay if you need to be near the airport and take a nap before a flight.
