The beds were old, the aircon was a box and not working properly. There was a moth in the room we asked to be removed and it had not been. No fly screen so we could not open the window. „Breakfast“ consisted of toast and spread nothing else. If you wanted a proper coffee you had to pay extra. The stay was a total disappointment.

Great customer service from Josephine, she helped me find a good coffee and made me feel really welcome in Australia. The check in process seemed compliacated at first but after hours they have an intercom by the door. Perfect place to put your head down before or after a long flight. Basic but clean and friendly service.

I’m an Ibis budget fan and the main reason is that you always get the same thing no matter where you are. This isn’t true for this ibis budget though. It doesn’t have a lift (prepare to carry heavy luggage for 3 floors), and nobody at the reception if you arrive after 21:30. I had a problem with the card they left in the box outside (it didn't open the room) and had to figure out by myself how to get some help. The rooms look old and don’t have any toiletries. I had to turn the mini fridge off because it was making too much noise in the room. The rooms have bad soundproofing, and I kept listening to people at the hallway or in the other rooms. In the end, I slept poorly, so all the idea of getting something near the airport was pointless because it was very hard to rest.
