I had a quiet and comfortable stay at the hotel. Was attending a gig at nearby o2 academy so it was perfect for that. I have stayed here for a gig at hydro too. Not far from city centre either. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Had everything I needed. Staff were really good too. Easy check in and out.

Stayed for a weekend, it is exactly what it says in the tin, budget hotel and only 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. Room was clean, comfortable bed with everything needed for a short stay. It was good to be able to get free tea and water however there wasn't always clean cups or glasses to use. Asked at reception and they sorted them out for us. 20 minute walk to the city centre for shopping with a nice walk in

The room was very small & basic but it was ok. The tv remote didn’t work properly & there were no spares at reception. The remote did work but there was an issue with the batteries inside it as to get it to work you had to press very firmly on the outside of the battery case while using the remote as wanted. There were only plug sockets in the corner of the room under the tv, could do with a socket each side of the bed. Or to have usb charging points each side of the bed.

The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable was way too hard. Had a very poor sleep due to this. A option for a room with a softer mattress would allow me to pick this hotel in the future.

It was good. The room was clean and quiet, and met my needs. I was able to walk into central Glasgow in 20-30 minutes. Access the hotel by elevator (lift) was an issue. Of course, this is the only way in. Although there are three of them, only two are in use. At some times in the day they become very busy, and one has to wait for the next one. On at least one occasion in the morning service staff were using one of them to move things, even though the unused elevator is identified as being for service use. It would be nice to have a hot-food option for breakfast, other than baked beans, but I realize that I was not promised that. More importantly, the breakfast room and food supply can become quickly overwhelmed if a larger group surges into it at the same time. Some items, like croissants and pastries, ran out at times and were replenished slowly, if at all. The coffee machines were a particular problem. Much of the time when I was there (three mornings; I had to leave too early on my fourth morning to have breakfast), only one of the two was working, and there were long line ups. On one morning when a large travel group seemed to be moving through, standard norms of etiquette seemed to break down, and some members of that group were not lining up to use it. Tables were cleaned only slowly. I think the service staff were overwhelmed at breakfast, and I don't blame them for this. As far as I could tell, there was often only one staff person present most of the time, and she also had front desk responsibilities, or at least duties that kept her away from the breakfast area much of the time. Regarding the coffee machine, it was often the case that there was nobody available to draw attention to the matter. Overall, I was happy with my stay. But I think more attention to, and probably staff availability in, the breakfast period, along with employment of the additional elevator, would address the main concerns that I had while staying with you. I appreciate the fact that you've asked my for feedback.

The hotel is a great no-frills option. We stayed here to see a show at the OVO Hydro arena. It's a bit of a long walk with busy roads, but an Uber ride was around £10.

Entrance to the hotel smells like a men’s urinal. My toilet cupboard had a brown smear on the inside of the door frame. Only one plug in the whole room, on the other side of the room from where the bed was with a horrible plastic chair to sit on while my phone charged.
