frustration and humiliation at the check in point, when the two young staff refused to acknowledge that I had an allowance which would be charged to the credit card upon check out - despite forwarding written confirmation from the card holder! I was given fantasy reasons as to why not!!! My shower cubicle had somebody else's very dark, pubic hair stuck to the wall - photo evidence held. I stay in many, many hotels for work purpose and have to say that this was my most unpleasant experience for many years. On a positive, the lady who was around during breakfast time was very lovely - hence my score of 5.

Hotel lookes like a hostel rather than a hotel. Looked liked homeless people in the lift with there carry out. Staff no so friendly, room a very small toilet. If you are a large person you would not fit in it. Small wash hand basin in room with a walking shower. Room cost £150 definitely not worth it. I personally won't be back to that (Hostel)

Typically, a hostel includes shared toilet facilities and shared rooms - we do not offer either of these things, every guest has their own room with their own WC. The rooms are as described on the website, and you can view images of this prior to booking with us. Guests can bring their own alcohol to their rooms, I don't see how this would attribute to homelessness. Very basic room we realised it was a budget hotel but there are no comfy chairs to sit on a nice comfy bed but we had a single bed over the top so while trying to sit on the bed to watch tv kept hitting our heads.No tea making in room .This hotel is ideal for people going to a concert or out all day and just literally want to come back and crash into bed
