Room was cold every night and heating did not seem to go above 20 degrees, though the room was colder than 20.

Really friendly staff and helpful. Great parking too and easy to get to places, down side was the cleanliness of the room was really poor, I understand the facility is rather busy and I do take that into consideration but the bathroom was questionable with what me and my partner thinks human bodily fluids was on the wall and fake eyelashes from the previous guests .. the bedsheet had questionable stains on it also, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the window had loads of dirt on it too like food stains etc. we also paid for breaky in the morning and it was decent but the coffee and fresh juice wasn’t good ether, the juice was very very bitter I couldn’t drink it nether could my partner. One other thing is that on the Saturday night me and my partner had to sleep at the bottom of the bed because our room smelt of poo really badly and the smell never left by the time we checked out on the Sunday morning

Very small room. No kettle. Toilet far too small. Entrance hall cold and badly lit. Only one lift working. Very noisy during the day due to lift engineers.
