Nice room and AC worked ok...some rooms feel more used and AC is poor. Staff helpful re me receiving a package too.

We have stayed in this hotel many times before since it opened in 2005. It has had its ups and downs caused by bad management and untrained staff. We were delighted that standards are much improved: friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, cleanliness is tip top. Breakfast was excellent however we refrained from having dinner at the hotel as we were not keen on the food offer.

We go there regularly. Check-in is now efficient. The staff in the restaurant and bar are all fantastic. Our room was large and quiet. The location near the DLR and train staton is great. Dirty curtains and sticky carpets prevent this from being perfect.
