Everything about the hotel was lovely. Fantastic service, everyone was very helpful. Special thanks to Ms Nitria for a very nice welcome and care about our experience in London. Delicious breakfasts and coffee. The room was clean and cosy. It was possible to feel like home from the very first moment. The hotel is very well situated ( next to the Station where you can enter a DLR train to London ). It is a few minutes walk from Greenwich must see points- Cutty Sark and Royal National Observatory. I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to London.

The hotel was good overall, but the first thing that bothered me was the lack of power point around the room. I use a Cpap machine and I always had power points in the rooms next to my bed in every single hotel I stayed. There was none around the bed in this room. The reception manager was kind enough to get me an extension cable, thankfully. The hotel must have enough funds in their budget to get an electrician and install some power points in the rooms. It shouldn't be so difficult. The other thing was, the bacon. It was very thick and far from being crispy. So, the breakfast was not that good. The third thing was, the bar staff were not able to add my coffees on my room account. They said I should have paid some deposit to the reception before that. I never saw anything like that. I still don't know what they meant by that.

Could be a better stay but kudos to one employee (Peter) who made my stay amazing!

I was disappointed with my stay at the beginning as I had made a request to be on the same floor than my other guests in my special request. Not only this was not executed, but half of my lights were not working. I booked my room for a special occasion (my wedding) and one employee called Peter has noticed it. He felt so sorry about the inconvenience caused and made sure I had an amazing stay. He made sure that the staff would come and repair it the morning after, offered me a voucher for 2 free breakfasts and brought me extra bottles glass of water, some slippers and asked the staff to prepare our room the day after with treats (gin tonic drinks, rose petals on the bed and snacks). I appreciate the gesture as it showed how much kindness he had and I wish Novotel was showing more of this love towards other customers and their rooms. Otherwise, to stay neutral, the room was large enough, well located next to the Greenwich train station and walking distance to the dynamic city centre of Greenwich. I wish water was provided in all rooms (regardless of being executive or not) as it sounds common sense to me to provide such basic need to guests. I had the breakfast which was very diverse and quite delicious. I would suggest to improve the maintenance of the buffet by checking that cutleries (teaspoon) were provided regularly at the coffee station. Overall, would recommend but please make sure to maintain well your amenities.

Stay was good, location is good, but we had tough time as there is no microwave in hotel kitchen for guest. In this day and age, not having common microwave which budget hotel like ibis also has, is very disappointing.
