Lovely area, well situated. Hotel was really nice generally , lovely bar area open 24 hours which was a bonus, breakfast area lovely. Room a little dated, shower requires upgrade

Great location!! I didn't feel the room was as clean as it should have been and the previous guest's trash was left in our room, so that was disappointing. The receptionist was helpful as we were 1st time visitors to Greenwich. The room was comfortable. The sink was cool. It was nice to have soap & shampoo. The view was nice. It was great being close to the train station, multiple food locations, The Cutty Sark, and a beautiful sunset over the water. It was great having a gym and the price was good.

Lovely welcome. Lovely decor. Right by train station. Nice room. Tv was huge. Beds fine. They have BOTH shower and bath. Lovely. One issue, we have children under two. We bought milk each night for them, the milk was turning in the night coz the room was so hot and the fridge didn’t really work. We made no issue of this as we found a large fan onsite. I’m sure they would have helped with the fridge if we’d said. Besides this

It was a comfortable stay which was helped by the great customer service provided by Camilla who was on reception when I checked in around 8.30 pm on 25th March. When I got to my room I found out it was an interconnecting room which I was not happy with as I could open the door on my side and as a woman travelling alone it felt unsafe. I went back down to reception and explained my concerns to Camilla who listened carefully and managed to find me another room despite the hotel being nearly fully booked. I was thankful for the care and attention she showed to me.
