We have been coming to Mercure Grand for 15 years and will come back for sure. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the staff is welcoming and helpful, the breakfast buffet is delicious and the location is central but at the same time quiet.

I checked in for 3 nights . one first day of arrival I met an accident and checked out at night. I asked staff at reception to cancel 2 days as Im leaving now . They didn not do any thing to help. I ended up paying for whole 3 days
