Huotelin I. Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

+ rooms and furniture + comfortable bed + when I arrived to check in the receptionist noticed that I had cut my hand and fetched a plaster - I had parked my car in the last available free space in the hotel garage. Later I was woken up after midnight by a call from the reception accusing me having taking someone's reserved space and removed the sign reserving it. I protested that I had not touched any signs and proposed to move the car in the morning, but the receptionist insisted I move the car immediately. When I came down he admitted after checking the security videos, that I had been someone else who had removed the sign reserving the parking space, but required me to move the car any way. The garage is quite small for the modern cars and parking there is quite difficult. - The noise from the street is well audible even in the top floor rooms. - In the evening I had gone to the lobby bar for a drink. But I had to give up after waiting for some time as none of the waiters came to me or even made an eye contact with me.

Hello, I enjoyed my stay in your hotel. I use Accor hotels net. Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate incident. The room can't be locked from the inside. When I was in the bathroom in the morning in the shower, the maid probably opened her own card to enter the room. I was very surprised that someone could enter an occupied room ! I was naked in the shower !

The hotel is undermaintained with regard to daily operations. Cracked glass panes on revolving door at the main entrance, depleted batteries in room safe, broken electric outled in the room, reception completely unreachable via phone from the outside. Gym lacking proper ventilation for the cardio machines (running / cycling) - there should be fans. On the positive side - recently addrd new gym equipment (Technogym), and a good breakfast with a few tasty vegan options.
