Book the hotel was fast and went smoothly. Lady was friendly and find the best options for me. I've reached hotel earlier (at 11.00) - I had to change the clothes, unfortunately the only one possibility was to paid additional payment for earlier arrival. I understand that this is some additional service - but this is what missed in my opinion. It could be a advantage if we compare All with competitors.

Our stay was OK, but the refrigerator in our room was not working. When we phoned the reception we were told that someone will come and fix it, but nobody did. We bought some food earlier on to store it in the refrigerator, but then we had to throw it away.
