Heating did not work in the room. It was freezing. The staff managed to get a small heater. The staff were very nice. Didn’t sleep as very cold all night.

First night was great. I put clean my room out early next morning but no one came. I heard a noise around 5 pm and managed to get some towels and some breakfast tea from cleaners. Also I was quoted $40 per night for parking when we checked in but was charged $45 !
