Stay was brilliant, we was only using room as a base to sleep due to seeing family but we still manged to use the facilities e.g swimming which I think needs to be manged better and have a lifeguard on duty as there was kids doing whatever they wanted and it become to dangerous for my 3 year old and also the showers need to be looked at in the room as they just make no sense and really difficult to use for a woman to wash there hair. Feels very plastic in the shower/bath only thing that lets the room down is that.

Was given incorrect rooms on check in and told I hadn't booked with sofa beds, even though my confirmation said so. This was amended after I returned to reception. Carpets were dirty in all areas we saw, including rooms, cleanliness in general in the rooms was poor. Signs said pool capacity was 15 and was 30 min slots, though no-one policing this and was over capacity when we went in, with a family filming in the pool the whole time.

On this occasion we were not as happy as normal not because of the staff but because of the other guests, there were a lot of traveller families in and they where just not keeping control of there children, I am a parent my self and I know it is not always easy but you at least try but there was no attempt on there behalf, again I will reiterate we have no problems with the staff, on another note the hotel Could do with some modernisation, I will end on a good note we have stayed at this hotel many times and as always the staff made myself and my family feel very very welcome.

Can't beat it for the price and the amenities, my daughter's loved the pool, sauna and gym which is great and for the price, it's unbeatable. Will defo be back
