The service was superb! and the rooms were overall great BUT I didn't like the lighting in my room, the one window with natural light was far from everything else and the overhead lights were so dim. but overall a fantastic experience. the staff was very kind and responsive. One of the ladies at the front desk helped me when I told her I had hurt my ankle on a walk. She advised me to ask for ice at the bar and offered to get me extra cushions to keep my ankle elevated overnight.

Lovely stay for a few nights in London for business. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, spacious with modern fixtures. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the buffet food was always hot.

The one thing that make this a 7/10 and not 10/10 is the impossibility in helping with a meeting room for 1 hour in the weekend for my 10 costumers i brought. I think that the service could be better. Also I had to pay for 2 hours late check out eventhough there were very noisy craftsmen working right next to my room (209) I had to stay in since I was sick and had no choice but to stay in my room. To charge for a very noisy room for 2 hours was a little low...
