I was a last minute booking as my other arrangements were well below standard. I was assisted at Reception in making my booking so respectfully and considerately that I felt nothing was too much to ask. My room was comfortable, quiet and clean. I had a wonderful nights' sleep and would be very happy to return to this location in the future when I travel to London for meetings.

A well located hotel, nearby tube and Tower Bridge. Clean, friendly, nice breakfast, lovely rooms! It is worth staying and we will be back for sure.

I stay with you regularly and it’s usually great. This time the aircon didn’t work and I didn’t get any sleep. There was no decaf coffee and I can’t have caffeine and it wasn’t very clean
