We stayed for two nights in September 2026. The staff were excellent, kind and attentive. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and great shower and bathroom. There was a fridge and a safe in the room as well, which is always helpful. We had breakfast both mornings and had some delicious food, including gluten free croissants, toast and granola for me as I am coeliac. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly great experience, even though I booked the room on the same day as my arrival. Our room was super comfortable, with great amenities, and the staff was also very lovely. The location of the hotel was also amazing, you could just walk out to Tower Bridge or go anywhere easily by public transport.
