Nice room ….. Not made very welcome from checking in staff Out of 3 foods that we requested, cheese , beef lasagne & chicken goujons , nothing left , staff didn’t give two hoots either , think your staff need more customer service skills

Stayed for one night whilst on business - it is a short walk from Stratford station. First impressions were good. My key comments are that the sockets by the desk were not working and whilst the breakfast is good - there could be more vegetarian options - especially on the cooked side of things. All clean and tidy.
