Room well was not at all like the photos , noisy, cold and well a bit ruff, bit of entertainment thrown in during the night with guests allowed to fight in the corridors uncontested

A very nice stay,close to transport links and London Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean.The beds are a little flimsy and the mattress very lightweight, could do with an upgrade.

The original room I was given proved to be too noisy but I was able to change to a quieter room at the end of the corridor.

Had a great time visiting London with my adult children. The hotel gave us two rooms that were next to each other and each room was very clean and comfortable with extra pillows if we needed them. The hotel staff was kind and helpful but the cleaning people for the rooms did an excellent job each day.
