Nothing quite wrong except to the slamming of bedroom doors (adjust those springs) but not up to the usual standards. None of the usual amenities for platinum member, very average room.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly, smiling, and efficient staff. This continued the whole stay. Food at restaurant was delicious and prices were very reasonable.
