Hotel is in a good location; staff friendly at check in and checkout. Unfortunately I accidentally booked room with breakfast for one even though was travelling with partner; and at check-in benefits were not recognised for two people - so my partner didn’t get to have breakfast (nor a free drink as silver member- I only got one coupon). This wouldn’t have been case with other hotel chains who I am in loyalty programs with. Also, room only had 3 pillows when we arrived -called front desk and requested extra pillow shortly after arriving to room and staff had said they’d bring one later, but it never arrived.
