Room was too small, carpet was dirty. Water was leaking from the fridge and had a wet carpet around. Fridge didn't have enough cooling and milk wasn't cool enough. Didn't have any cutleries and not even a spoon or stirrer to make a coffee.

I stayed at Sydney. I had one night between an international arrival and a domestic departure next morning. Comfortable room. Very pleased to find it had a kettle and a little milk. There was a shuttle from the international air[port, and the domestic airport is walking distance.

Unfortunately on this occasion a couple of bumps. I had to change rooms due bathroom light not functioning. In the second room the Aircon was not working for HEAT and therefore I switched it off due to the lateness and I did want to move again. Also the hand basin must have been blocked as it took forever to drain.

Everything Accor was missing, no ststus recognition, no upgrade offer, no welcome amenity, very pleasant staff at reception.
