To be honest I wasn't a great stay. The road noise at night was very loud and the rooms were very dusty and dirty. I also never had room service turn over my room the whole 4 days, when you pay such a premium for a hotel this is the bare minimum to have the bins emptied, fresh towels and even toilet paper which I had to go out and buy myself as I was only given a part roll and as the cleaners never came it was never replaced. I have stayed here a few times and this was by far the worst experience I will now look for another option moving forward for my Sydney trips.

I stayed for a couple of nights and I found the location of the hotel was just very convenient to ICC where I attended the conference. The parking was a bit of a walk. The room was clean and had a spacious bed.

My sister and I stayed at this Novotel for a few days as we were attending a concert in Sydney. Unfortunately on our first day, literally as soon as we got to the hotel, my sister was touched inappropriately in the lift. When we called up reception to inform them of this situation, we were met with empathy and elegant handling. The lady we spoke to got into it immediately and offered us many different options to ensure our future safety during our stay and future stays. She moved us to a new room immediately and even offered us to be escorted in and out of the building at any time. Unfortunately as there were no cameras in the lift she couldn’t actually see anything happening to my sister so she did inform us that we could fill a police report but it may be difficult to pursue it further as there are no cameras in the lift. Even though this was the case and there was no evidence to show the inappropriate touching, she believed my sister and continued to above and beyond for us. After that, we thankfully did not see the man that inappropriately touched my younger sister and continued to enjoy our stay and time in Sydney and at Novotel.
