Loved our school holiday stay in the city. Located right next to the Chinese Garden and short walk to the playground and Chinatown. The kids loved having the pool pretty much to themselves. Beds were comfortable. Only wished our family of 5 could’ve all stayed in one room instead of 2.

We enjoyed the room but are bitterly disappointed about heated pool. Same complaint in other reviews. Rang to make sure my grandson can swim, but still too cold! Why can’t you fix it??
