Great hotel with stunning view over Shanghai landmarks during breakfast in their revolving restaurant. Attentive service by Andy Chu during breakfast service. Hotel room is big and comfortable as per Accor standard with all basic necessities.

the best hotel in shanghai .this is our first time coming to shanghai . we stay for 3 days for our holiday family . we searching the best hotel we want to stay and finally we decide to stay at novotel atlantis hotel. The hotel view from 50th floor was amazing and we are so happy. Thank you for your service Andy chu. We had a wondelful holiday on this hotel.

Novotel hotel is a good hotel. Big room 4214 with very good view. They has panoramic lift can see Shanghai at 50 floor. Also Andy Chu very welcome as St. Restaurant Manager. Good hotel, good breakfast, beautiful view Shanghai. Good place for children and family. Thank you for kindness and helpfully. We appricated for this holiday with Novotel Atlantis Shanghai.
