I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Shanghai Atlantis. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located, with friendly and professional staff. I would especially like to thank Landy (高欣) at the front desk for her warm, attentive, and professional service. She was exceptionally helpful and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I would recommend every one to book here, and do get breakfast opțions, they are really good and well stocked. Best terrace for smokers at lvl5. Big spacious rooms fully stocked! We choose same hotel for The night before our depărture from Shanghai Airport back home, on 29th september. Get your reservation without thinking twice!

The room was big with a view since it's a high floor room. Everything was well equipped and clean. All the hotel staffs were friendly and the service was good. Shout out to the Doorman named Majunfeng, he was super friendly and he helped with my luggage and direct the Didi driver to make sure the location i'm heading is correct.

Large hotel, distinctive, which helps when trying to find it. 500m from closest Metro: is a long walk in 40 degrees pushing suitcases. Check-in was smooth, generous room size and view, but room air-conditioning not on when we arrived, room and fridge struggled to cool down. Room was never cold, but got to a bearable level, fridge didn't.

I really loved the stay here. Location is perfect. The elevators took very long (sometimes 10 minutes) but it’s a tall building so it’s understandable. It’s clean and beautiful

Overall, the stay was average. The staff's service was satisfactory but lacked warmth and attentiveness. The room (4201) had a noticeable vibration or humming noise between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., which disrupted sleep. Additionally, the room's soundproofing was poor, and noise from outside and adjacent rooms could be heard easily.

Despite the lack of communication on check in and non recognition of Accor status, had a good stay and was very pleased to retrieve lost property after check out from the hotel. Excellent size rooms (loved our view of the Pudong skyline) & convenient to a supermarket, cafes and metro station.

We had a great stay at Novotel Atlantis, the room we stayed in was a little dated, but was spacious, clean and comfortable! The hotel amenities were good, hubby particularly liked the gym though he wished he had more time to utilise it properly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, there were many varieties, we especially like the self pick noodle cooking section, only improvement are the stir fry vegetable are way too over cooked, same with some of the steamed root vegetables, otherwise we had a pleasant stay and very happy the hotel managed guests smoking very well, there was no hint of smoke smell within the hotel, the laundry room could be improved but we would definitely return to stay should we be in Shanghai again!
