We want to stay in 3pieces tower view room at new year eve n requested it 2month prior by email. The manager responsed it quickly. My son said that was best city view room with 180 ° window. Checkin process went smoothly. Very well maintain room,japanese style toilet with remote so comfy😀. Bathroom with bathtub also.

We had a great stay at Novotel Atlantis, the room we stayed in was a little dated, but was spacious, clean and comfortable! The hotel amenities were good, hubby particularly liked the gym though he wished he had more time to utilise it properly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, there were many varieties, we especially like the self pick noodle cooking section, only improvement are the stir fry vegetable are way too over cooked, same with some of the steamed root vegetables, otherwise we had a pleasant stay and very happy the hotel managed guests smoking very well, there was no hint of smoke smell within the hotel, the laundry room could be improved but we would definitely return to stay should we be in Shanghai again!
