Excellent hotel for our family trip in Shanghai. In Pudong about 7 min walk from a family Mart and subway close by also. Large pool (bring your cap for swimming) Stayed at 42th floor good view. Breakfast at the top (50) that I also recommend with Andy at the desk who was a nice to kids a bonus.

Global one good except for the booking. when i made the booking i asked for the early checking...my contact said that as it was a peak time in shangahi is was better to book a night before. Ok i did it even i explained that we where ok to pay one night before our arrival to get the early checking. When we arrived finaly not room available, ok we didn't pay the night before..but early checking not possible.

Satisfied overall with services, following negative points: - The room furniture is getting old. - The curtain on the glass between bed room and bath room is not effective, it is quite embrassment when have visitors or have kids in the same room.
