The free bottles of water were nice, Room was nice size, and so were the beds. There were two things I didn’t like in the room. I didn’t like the window in the washroom could be seen in the bedroom unless you pull the blinds, which did not close all the way. The heating couldn’t be lowered do it was way too hot. I had to call housekeeping to open one of the windows throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good and it was on the revolving floor which was scenic.

Great service from most of the staff except from the front desk lady who willingly let a guy cut the line in front of me. The hotel should have a dedicated line for a Platinum member like me and above. Breakfast and dinner were decent. Housekeeping and amenities were good, too. The hotel itself needs to be refurbished but very decent value for an inner city stay.
