When I first entered the room, sun shined right into it, very hot. Even at night, after opening the small window, the whole room is hot, I need to request for a fan as there is no air con. Should there be a solution to it?

Always love to stay in Novotel Shanghai Atlantis when I visit Shanghai. Convenient location, not too far from everything. Easy access via Ride-share & Metro. Reception staff are very helpful and feel warm. Room very spacious and clean. Magnificent Huangpu River view

Generally good, rooms are older but well maintained, nice swimming pool with Shanghai skyline view, breakfast just so OK, special thanks to Anne Li at the reception for her help in organising very good taxi service to airport

We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Atlantis in Shanghai. The rooms are spacious and the view from the hotel is magnificent. Hotel provides a superb breakfast at their rotating restaurant on the 50th floor. A special thanks to Andy Chu for all the assistance.
