The room was so dirty and dusty At the check-in receptionists are not telling any information for the hotel and even charged for deposit without confirming the amount to charged until I ask for it the room I got 3101 was so dusty and dirty fell like never been cleaned for a year I have to ask for my platinum benefits if breakfast included and after I found out that the hotel has premiere lounge at 48 floor from the elevator then I back to ask for the access to the lounge then the lady at the front desk told me that we only allow to access only 2 people but what I know and I have got the benefits for breakfast and and lounge access for everyone who staying in the same room with the member but she keep telling me that I can only 2 people and after I also telling that I book the room for 3 people then the manager who is there showing his fingers for 2 at first then slowly up his finger for 1 more to confirm ok 3 people and then the lady reconfirmed that “my manager give you free 3 people” Excuse me I am not asking for free food I just asked for my benefit that i should have gotten from my elite and I saw that the hotel has guests room for elite member also but look what I got from your service

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were a 10. Our room however was not great. We had the family room, hardly no air conditioning and it was stuffy. Air dryer and air purifier were clogged with dust and not operational. Bedding was comfortable. Locataion was great and close to shops.

Stayed at Novotel Atlantis Hotel in Shanghai for 3 nights. The hotel is about 5 to 10 ,im walk from Pudong Avenue metro station (Line 4 & 14). The scenery from my hotel room was superb and able to see the river. .The revolving restaurant on the 50th floor have a very nice scenery during clear weather. The food range have a wide varieties and the taste is satisfactory for some of the varieties. The staff were helpful and check in and check out was sp0eedy. There's a shopping centre beside the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Some staff was not friendly. Cold and harsh, not helpful.

The weather in room is around 25C but the air con no allow to turn on. They hotel said this the rule of the management.

We were suffered and sweet during stayed this hotel. I woke several times and my mother can not breath because the room is hot. So I never come back again this hotel 😭.
