Amazing location and panaroma view of Shanghai city from 50th Floor revolving resto. The fusion resto serve wide spread breakfast buffet. The manager outlet Andy Chu and his team great service. We enjoy our stay and will be back again . LARGE room and clean. Very comfy bed and hot shower great. Convenient hotel with lots of amenities. Easy access to Bund and airport.

Front desk girl was not well presented. Gave me one welcome drink voucher even though i booked for two. Same girl when i checked out. Said I haven't paid, and kept me waiting while my DIDI was waiting. I don't think she knew what she was doing. The gentleman beside her just had a look at left, didn't help her. In the end, she let me go.

We have a pleasant stay, especially when breakfast in the restaurant in 50th floor. Magnificent views and it floor can rotating 360 degree so we can see the city while enjoying our breakfast.
