We are welcome by a very nice lady when we arrived, quite opposite to the review we saw on internet. Forgot to ask what her name is but she arranged an extra fan and send someone to open the window for us when we went out for food. Our room is very comfortable with high ceiling but not enough electricity outlets. However, we smelled cigarettes smoking from the ventilation system through the washroom, I believe because there are smoking and non smoking rooms on the same floor. We are disappointed about that and find this is not acceptable. Another downside about the hotel is the location which is quite far from downtown pudong and other attractions. We may consider to stay at this hotel if the price is right, otherwise we believe there’s plenty other options we can choose from.

The building slightly old but well maintained, clean and quite cozy, big rooms.. It can be improved by more hospitality especially on the guard door and the people in front, some of them is nice, some of time is just stay on their place and watched us like we are aliens from another planet, but overall nice stay, quite alternative choice of food for breakfast. Can be have a improvement on the gym, especially near the toilet have a stink odor and when i am gym there is a people that have their massage time in the gym.

Our swimming pool is an outdoor seasonal swimming pool but we understand your disappointment that it was closed during your visit due to the weather. We are sorry to learn that the cleanliness of your room and the daily housekeeping did not meet your expecations. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough service. We also regret that you felt overlooked by some of our team members. Providing warm and equal service to all guests is a core value of ours, and we are disappointed to hear that this was not your experience. To be fair, the room itself was great—it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. I have no complaints about the room quality. However, the hospitality was severely lacking. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I didn't feel welcomed at all. Most of the staff seemed like they were forced to smile, and the interactions just didn't feel genuine. I have stayed in quite a lot of Accor chain hotels across China, and this is easily one of the most disappointing ones in terms of service. Additionally, the breakfast was a letdown. The choices were very limited, and the food just didn't look appetizing at all. Given the overall lack of hospitality and poor breakfast, I probably won't be staying here again.
