I am writing regarding a discrepancy I recently noticed on my credit card statement related to my stay at your hotel with reservation number pxbpbrlh,I was charged approximately 1815,47 Yuan, which does not match the amount shown in my Accor application, where the total indicated was around 541,96 Yuan under my complimentary Accor card benefits. As I understand, the booking should have been covered or significantly reduced under the Accor complimentary program. Everything's good. Room, breakfast, club lounge. Staff are quite friendly but English proficiency is still slightly below average.
