Great location. It is very close to the exhibition center and near shopping malls with plenty of great dining options. The staff were wonderful and spoke good English. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Friendly room rate, free room upgrade, offer 2 welcome drinks and welcome fruits, free afternoon tea, late check out 16:00. Very short waiting time to check in / check out. Even though the room facilities seem a big old, but they have a nice and comfortable bed. I will definitely come back again.

The room is bright and clean but from the green colour wall on level 9 , need to change . There is a musty smell along the corridor. Thanks goodness that the smell did not go to the room.

Been upgraded to one of best suite of that day. Just next to the president suite but with the best view in the hotel, top floor with pudong 3 pieces sky view . The hardware is ok. I was rude to the front desk manager I apologize for that. Sorry been so tired of the trip. I am happy with the arrangement. And eventually we only have 2 person have breakfast in here just me and my son. My wife is packing luggage and no time for breakfast.

Very old property, not well maintained, at least the room is clean. Staff is good. Pool not opened without any notice

I would like to commend the receptionist, I just forgot her name, who helped us coordinate with China Southern Airlines to monitor the arrival of our luggage since they didn’t came with our flight. She was so accommodating and patient in helping us. She was on duty on the night of May 22, 2026 around 9pm to 11pm. Thank you very much! 5-star service

Positive: Quiet rooms and good cleaning team. Good rate and abundance of restaurants nearby. The front desk team are professional. Negative: Lack of information about access by public transport on the website. Hotel is facing old residencial buildings accros the main entrance road. No privacy if the curtain is left open. Its entrance hall, breakfast venue and breakfast itself, do not meet 5 star standard. Welcome drinks are awful. The red wine is kept in a fridge instead of room temperature. The Coffee Latte does not have any presentación. The bar tender is neighter friendly nor skilful. He still does know what went wrong. During the breakfast, the noodle bar tender is calling loudly verbally in Chinese whenever something is ready. It should have system.

The hotel didn’t have central air conditioning cold air coming out at all. It’s on recycling mode. After they listen to our complaint and turned on the cold air. The temperature only dropped from 25° to 24° and then it remained 24 the whole day and it’s very humid day and it’s raining. It’s very uncomfortable. I can’t breathe.
