The standard I'm used from Pullman in other cities is far above what I've experienced In Pullman La Defence

The stuff is nice, the hotel is old and you can feel this

For years I have been staying in the "Deluxe rooms" who are refurbished and nice, but recently I am getting the standard and old non refurbished rooms which are acceptable but a downgrade in comfort nonetheless. In my opinion the refurbished rooms should be the standard for ALL the room and the difference between "standard" and "deluxe" rooms should be removed as there is no real difference aside from using OLD furniture.

The room was old, with only one socket to charge my electronic devices. The only socket was far away from the bed and from the mirror. In the bathroom no sockets for my own air tools. The shower was not clean. The hotel is ok for a business trip/one night but too expensive

The room is a bit out dated, as a gold member, we arrived early and did via app to do the check-in, informed them reach before 12, when we arrive, no room was given, only after 3pm. It’s fine, we went out the whole day till almost 12am, when we came back, we were given a room on the 8 floor, open the door and shocked! We requested single beds, I don’t know if the staff was well trained, he totally ignored the request. No choice, he asked us to go down and get the key changed. Worst ever, room was given on the lowest floor -3rd. I was very unhappy, he said we are fully booked. Frankly speaking, one of the worst experience I have ever had.
