Hello. We stayed this weekend as a family of 5 and I have t say we were disappointed overall. We were in rooms 610 and 609 and I had asked for interconnecting rooms and never been advised that you dont offer these. Room 610 had no drawers so the only storage was the open wardrobe which initially had two hangars. Ive never stayed in a hotel with no drawers? Breakfast was cold/luke warm both mornings. The overpowering perfume smell in the foyer is awful. Location was good but that was the only thing we liked.

Loved my stay at Mercure Bankside. Ola at the reception was super friendly! Got a great welcome amenity and room upgrade. Comfortable, spacious, clean room. The hotel is well-located.

The room was clean and functional, the hotel looks very nice...all the usually elements one would expect, so all fine. I do find it increasingly frustrating to see 'service charge' added to a bill when there is no clear sign on the bar (as there should be if you are adding it automatically), and it is added for a glass of wine - explain to me what additional service are you providing if you work in a bar, take a bar order and fulfil it without actually moving from said bar!!

Great location. Many attractions accessible by short walk, especially the Southbank/Bankside area. The staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly and my son said it was his favourite hotel breakfast of all the hotels we’ve stayed at!
