Good stay, albeit just one night, but some niggles. Booked a twin, was upgraded to a queen which had a sofa bed which was not so comfortable for my teen daughter. Staff also thought there were 2 adults, not sure what I did wrong there. Also she found a hair in the bed which creeped her out. Also there wasn't a shower cap (or any of the usual toiletries set) which was inconvenient.

First of all, the team was really nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is comfy and well located, really close to shops, restaurants and Borough market. Lot of touristic sites to visit nearby. I am very pleased with the choice I made

This is a great hotel for exploring the Southbank, Bankside, Borough Market on foot within 5 mins each way. Very safe and vibrant area. The hotel itself is really lovely with a nice bar / lounge area and a nice restaurant if you chose to eat there. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick. We stayed in a Superior King which was a great room, the bed was so comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The only downside was the rainfall shower was more of a trickle even when turned right up and the taps very stiff on the sink and also we had asked for a quiet room and were put into one next to a family with a rather loud toddler (especially at 7am!) so there was some unwanted noise and an unwanted wake up call, but we will definitely consider staying there again on our next London trip. I am also a Travel Agent so am more than happy to recommend to my clients and book for them!
