Staff was very good and helpful. Facilities and amenities very good, breakfast also. The issue was access to wifi (cell and laptop), which caused me a lot of problems. Even though reception team tried to help, IT team claimed no problem existed. Yet, after coming in reception or restaurant area, wifi would work perfectly. Very frustrating considering I had to use premises at the ground floor to make a business activities.

Stayed two nights, the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed use of the Jacuzzi, restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First time I’ve stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed it. Had a room with a balcony which gave me some great views. The location is excellent for getting around the city

Staff were great, but the room allocated was terrible. Right next to the door to the gym and pool area so it was slamming until late and then ongoing from 6am. Nobody closed the door with respect to others just walked in and letting it slam. Was moved to another room next day.
