Stayed for 1 night, 2 rooms, convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, great pool, well serviced breakfast, bacon seemed salted, was very very salty to the point was difficult to eat. All other offerings and menu was fantastic. Polite staff, convenient parking, easy check in and out. Would def stay again. Late check out was an added bonus, giving time to have a morning swim in the pool and shower after breakfast before packing bags and heading to check out at 11am.

Front Desk: The check-in and checkout process was a breeze. Even though we arrived before 3 PM, our room was ready, so we didn’t have to wait. The front desk attendants were super friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Room: The room was clean and just as we’d expected, which made for a comfortable stay. This was our first time back since COVID, and while everything was well-kept, the room décor does feel quite dated. Given the hotel’s great location so close to the city, it would really benefit from a refresh. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t stream Netflix or Prime from our phones to the in-room TV. It seems like the feature was available in the past, but we were informed it recently stopped working. When we asked at the front desk about connecting directly to the TV, they explained that while it’s possible, the necessary cables weren’t available. It would also have been nice to have a DVD player as an alternative. Resturant: We decided to try out the First Edition restaurant for dinner and were impressed by the menu choices. We went for a three-course meal, and they were really generous with the entrees, which we loved. For the mains, I chose the Lamb Rump, one of the more expensive options, but was a bit let down by the portion – just a small potato saladaise and two small pieces of lamb. My wife ordered the chicken breast, which had nice flavor but was unfortunately on the dry side. The desserts, though, were delicious and really hit the spot. The service provided was excellent. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was pretty standard but satisfying. One thing we did notice, however, was the cleanliness of the dining area. We were among the first diners at both dinner and breakfast, yet the floor still had food crumbs from previous sittings, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we were statisfied with our stay but think a few updates and quick clean-up could make the experience even better.

Iv stayed many times before and on the last few occasions iv noticed a few things that have let me down. The restaurant shuts early on a Sunday when a lot of people fly in on a Sunday for work Monday. The wine available for the drink voucher is very very basic and not worth drinking. There was no power to my work station , coffee machine, bathroom and the breakfast quality has dropped off considerably.
