We are pleased to hear that you found your room clean and that our reception and bar team were friendly and helpful during your stay. At the same time, we are very sorry that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. In particular, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the bread you described. This should of course not have happened, and it is certainly not acceptable for an item that is not in proper condition to be offered to our guests, let alone remain available on the following day. We have shared your comments with the team responsible for breakfast and will pay particular attention to the quality and presentation of our products going forward. We understand that this experience has affected your overall impression of our hotel, and we are sorry that you would currently choose another ibis hotel for a future stay. We stayed in several Ibis Hotels before and they were all much nicer. The room was ok (clean) and the people working at the reception/bar were very friendly and helpful. What all 4 of us disliked was the breakfast. The coffee was good, but everything else was mediocre at the best. One bread ( for self-cutting) was obviously freezer-burned and very unappealing. Noone ate it and it was served the same way on the second day. Not acceptable! I would stay at other Ibis Hotels in the future, but not at this one. And most likely won't book any breakfast.

Ich kenne dieses Hotel seit ca 20 Jahren, war jetzt länger nicht mehr da und finde es unmöglich, 4 € für den Parkplatz zu bezahlen. Wo soll man dort denn sonst sein Auto hinstellen ?? !!Übelste Abzocke soetwas. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig,, halt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, für den Preis zu teuer

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihr aktueller Aufenthalt bei uns nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat – insbesondere in Bezug auf die Parkgebühren und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ihre Enttäuschung darüber können wir nachvollziehen. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass die Parkgebühr von 4 € pro Tag nicht als versteckte Kosten gedacht ist, sondern der Instandhaltung und Sicherheit der Außenanlage dient. Dennoch nehmen wir Ihre Anmerkung sehr ernst und prüfen, wie wir diesen Punkt für unsere Gäste zukünftig noch transparenter darstellen können – insbesondere im Buchungsprozess. Auch den Hinweis zum Zustand der Zimmer nehmen wir aufmerksam auf. Zwar sind unsere Zimmer bewusst funktional und zweckmäßig gestaltet, dennoch arbeiten wir kontinuierlich an Verbesserungen, um unseren Gästen einen zeitgemäßen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten.
