Staff very friendly. Rooms are clean, quiet and well equipped. Location very good. Gym is a plus. Pool could be, but water is cold. Breakfast buffet a nightmare between 9-10am on a weekend.

We’re sorry to hear that the pool water felt cold. We had an issue with the pump for two days where the water temperature dropped down to 26 degrees. Please note that we normally maintain the pool at a temperature of 28.5°C. Regarding the breakfast experience, we agree that the time around Christmas and New Year is particularly busy between 9-10am. To help our guests plan their visit more comfortably, we provide information in the elevators about peak breakfast times. This allows guests the option to come a little earlier or later to avoid the rush. We appreciate your understanding and will continue working on improving this aspect. Novotel and ibis together

This us first time u experienced novotel and ibis hotel were together and it doesn't make sense room size seemed bit smaller compared to other novotel rooms. Service was substandard, bathroom in our room had no soap gel and to replace it it took several hrs. Also towels provided were less and same story to provide it, it took long time. Staff at reception were helpful in general.

We stayed there for 7 nights. It was the best choice ever. It was for a family holiday. Location of this hotel was great. 3mins walk to the tram station . Opposite of this hotel, there's Coop and Migros and also some food joints. We arrived in the evening from Paris . The staff at the counter was very warm and friendly. As I already did prior check in online , the physical check-in was very quick. Room was big and it was clean. Toilet was clean too. We had breakfast just for one day. The selection was ok. Typical Zurich breakfast . Bread , yoghurt, eggs , sausage and some cold cuts. It was nice. It was a great experience staying in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the great work Novotel Zurich City West!
