For the hotel being nearly empty it was disappointing to be put directly next to the elevator. The room was bare bones- 1 pillow per bed, no towels except bath (no hand towels or wash cloths). There was no one at the bar or restaurant when I went to request a drink. Twice I ran the bell for front desk assistance and no one came. I don’t know if there was WiFi as it wasn’t provided at check in

Hôtel vieillot. Besoin d’être rafraîchi rapidement. Porte de dressing cassée dans les 2 chambres que nous avions. La Clim d’une chambre faisait un bruit de casserole. Rideau trop petit et troué laissant passer la lumière du jour. Tache sur la housse de couette d’une chambre. Un ascenseur non fonctionnel. Personnel bienveillant et accueillant mais l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas digne d’être 3 étoile à la vue de l’état des chambres. Client régulier des hôtels du groupe accord, l’Ibis Cavaillon nous a déçu.

Bonjour J'ai séjourné chez vous et je n'ai malheureusement pas pu me reposer . L'hôtel et le personnel sont très biens mais juste à côté de ma chambre, est arrivée une famille ( chambre 107, j'avais la 105). Il y avait un ou plusieurs jeunes enfants qui ont crier, pleurer de minuit environ à 2h du matin. Je suis allée à la réception où le jeune homme qui était là m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire. A priori l'hôtel était complet côté ibis et les autres chambres restantes étaient des chambres dites de prestige selon lui. Je n'ai quasiment pas dormi de la nuit et au prix des chambres, je trouve cela regrettable qu'on ne prenne pas en considération une cliente qui subit les cris d'enfants. Je ne suis pas intolérante aux enfants, au contraire mais j'estime que lorsque l'on n'est pas chez soi, on doit faire le nécessaire pour ne pas déranger les autres. Moi j'ai été fortement déranger et surtout je suis fatiguée par cette nuit blanche.

Le personnel de l accueil était très poli et agréable. En arrivant nous avons voulu manger au restaurant il semblait que le serveur était débordé car seul au service. ( ça peut arriver ) Ensuite nous avons pris place dans la chambre et là j ai été très déçue. Le 3 eme couchage était catastrophique, l état de la chambre était viello, la douche bouchée, les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, la télé est minuscule, l ambiance de la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos sur site. J ai eu besoin d’un sac plastique pour la couche de ma fille car j avais oublié et apparement ils n avaient pas ca a l accueil. Cela a un peu contribué à l ambiance olfactive de la chambre malheureusement😅 La porte de la salle de bain était défoncée, bref…. Il est temps de faire des travaux de rafraîchissement et peut être prévoir un minimum de service ( sac / stylo / liquide main pour la salle de bain / bouilloire /…) Je n aurai pas l occasion d’y retourner mais je vais éviter les ibis budget maintenant. Les 3 étoiles m’ont induit en erreur.
