Three nights stay with my daughter whilst we had a quick leisure trip to Queenstown. This was our third stay ... we usually stay at the Sofitel if we can, but have found this hotel to be much more relaxed and friendly hence our third stay. The rooms are great, well equipped and even when I needed a hot water bottle when my daughter was poorly, room service delivered it within 10 minutes. I couldn't fault it at all.
