Service was average. Bags of all other patrons collected at the door and warmly welcomed, 4 staff standing around not busy ignored myself and my daughters. Room was adequate.

Dear Rachael, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience. We value your comments and will review our service standards to enhance our guest experience. Kind regards, Ben Murphy Portfolio General Manager - Schwartz CBD Mercure Sydney and Ibis Sydney World Square

Not all Mecures are created equal, a lesson I've learned many, many times. I was put off staying here by the other reviews, but Sydney had a bizarre price surge and it was only for one night...This hotel falls way short of Accor standards on almost every level...It is really for high-volume in-and-out guests, which leads to a Jetstar-style experience of checking in and out at a kiosk in what has to be the most miserable-looking lobby I've seen in a while. The building is creepy, badly in need of a renovation (possibly a knock down and rebuild), and horrendously overpriced for its dated offering. Location is very good, but that is it. Do not stay here unless like me circumstance dicated it...just pray for your train to be late as mine was and that you also leave first thing.

Dear Connor, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your comments about our location, although I regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We continuously strive to align with our brand standards and enhance guest satisfaction. Your insights are valuable, and I will ensure they are shared with our team for consideration. Long queue for breakfast that seemed to have become even longer when we were on the way out. I could not get wifi to work - maybe because it had retained room number from past recent visit, tried clearing cache & still wouldn't connect - annoying because I couldn't claim drink voucher on ALL accor app

Dear Maria, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the breakfast queue and the Wi-Fi connectivity issues. We appreciate your understanding and will take your comments into consideration to enhance our services. Kind regards, Ben Murphy Portfolio General Manager - Schwartz CBD Mercure Sydney and Ibis Sydney World Square
