Najm S. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Room was OK - older bathroom. The shower and toilet were not clean, so I had to move rooms at 10:30pm at night.. less than ideal. The reception team was fabulous and immediately moved me to a new room, which had updated amenities.

From check in, to the room, to the staff to checkout to breakfast. We loved our stay at the Mercure, centrally located to everything and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My 16 year old daughter especially loved the disco lights in the rooms, nice touch.
