Convenient location, friendly staff, but very hectic and messy lobby almost all hours. Rooms are clean but on smaller side and little dated. Bar options and service were great. I didn’t get to explore too many amenities but I felt it was a solid work trip hotel although I don’t think I’d pick it for family travel.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay at Mercure Hotel, from being close to central station, through to restaurant and bar, to room with comfortable beds and pillows. really enjoyed this. One item i found interesting was the automatic turn off of lights and aircon when no movement in the room. this wasn't a great idea by Mecure

Wonderful stay at the Mercure Sydney, the staff are excellent ensuring all our needs were met. Delicious breakfast to set us up for a day of sightseeing. The location of the Hotel is perfect for exploring all Sydney has to offer by foot or public transport.
