Booking was complicated and many mistakes were made by your team until it was finally correct!! Unusual and complicated to get ones room cleaned - not experienced in such manner anywhere else - and I travel a lot (almost 900 hotes)

We enjoyed a day in this pleasant twon and stayed at the Mercure in Koblenz. The team was very helpful with the swift check in procedure. The room with view of the river and castle was top class. The location so close to the city centre the hotel however not cramped in, but free standing. The breakfast was first class with an incredible variety of food offers and plenty of staff looking after us. The perfect stay!
