Nice hotel with a lot of amenities. Personnel goes the extra mile and actually upgraded me as a preferred customer (not always the case in some areas). Breakfast was excellent. Gym and sauna were adequate. It is located close to the Center but away from the noise. There is a parking on site. I would go again.

Overall a good experience, clean rooms with good facilities. One comment I would make is if breakfast is not included in your room rate, it is very expensive to add on.

Check in and staff very good. Breakfast very good and overall very good. Only negative is I would of like to be told upon check in that the restaurant was full for an evening meal and room service would be unavailable.

A couple of nights stay. Comfortable clean room with the usual extras made this a nice stay. Lovely fresh buffet breakfast, and we also eat in the restaurant in the evening. Fine food. The underground car parking garage was a winner for us. Only down side was the service in the bar was a little slow. Only ever one on bar duty both nights.

The hotel was well located and has clean and well designed rooms. It was difficult to figure out parking (public parking garage does not indicate Mercure parking until you are in it). Also, the pillows are very uncomfortable and contributed to me not being able to sleep well.

Only one aspect that needs to be attended to. On the first day, I went to breakfast, not pre-booked , and came out without notifying the attendant at the door because he or she was busy the whole time. Afterwards, whilst waiting for my contact I then notified the attendat as the peak period was over. A short while later, he chased me for payment because there was no credit card against my room in spite of my colleague, in an alternative room, informing the check in attendant that he would be responsible for the account... Most unfortunate situation and it should not happen again to anyone! Please check how you manage this!

I stayed on the upgraded rooms for members. Nice for the class of hotel. Meals were only at the bar and the schnitzel was not so good, a bit oily. If I had another choice for my late arrival I would have gone to another restaurant.

I lined directly under a conference room and after 22 o’clock the staff started moving furniture until 23:30-ish. Very bad for my sleep...

Very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room is very cleean, and equipped with everything that is needed. The coffee/tea preparing items are very nice to have.
