Quick visit for the Christmas markets. Our 3rd stay at Mercure and again service was excellent. Check-in swift and room spotless. We'd been in the room about an hour when we discovered a problem with the safe (Flat battery). In the space of 15 minutes we were in a different room - Well done Lara, this young lady is a huge credit to your hotel. We were provided with a stadt plan, Lara marked it up with the Christmas market locations and pointed out directions. This morning on check-out she enquired after our visit to the markets and wished us well for our onward journey.

Great location with plenty of underground parking. Comfortable room with good facilities. All staff were lovely. Although there was a reduced menu for the Sunday night, the food we had was tasty. Reception staff on the Monday morning were helpful in directing us around the city with a printed map.
