Kia Ora T., Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. After reviewing your reservation, we found that we had not received any notification from your travel agent regarding the additional night's booking before our team contacted you about checking out. We were also advised that a late check-out until 3:00 PM had been arranged; however, we had no confirmation of this in our system. As we understood you had a late international flight, our team did their best to assist and arranged a late check-out until 12:30 PM based on the information available at the time. Shortly after you had checked out, we received a call from FCM advising us of your extended booking. Our team immediately attempted to contact you; however, our call went to voicemail. We regret the miscommunication between the travel agent and the hotel and understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly while you were unwell. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.
