Not up to usual standard. Was told at check in we had an upgrade but it was not an upgrade. After calling guest services we were told it would be looked at and we were later called back and offered a suite which was very nice apart from the amount of time it took us to finally get settled in our room. Breakfast on our second day was very disappointing. Very long time to get a menu, then only when we asked. Another long wait and had to ask to have our order taken then another long wait before we received our meal. My husbands meal was good but mine was cold. The egg was warm but the potato waffle was cold. The waitress asked if she could get me something but I said no as by that time we were running late. Just a small thing, no chocolate on check in which I always think is a nice touch. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay and hope that next time we come things are up to your usual welcoming standard
